Welcome to Hsinyi Junior High and Elementary School. We built our school based on four projects to promote sustainability and environmentalism. First, we have our Green Campus. Our school is full of plants and green spaces, including gardens on rooftops and green walls. Next, we have our Water Conservation Campus. We save rainwater to use for our plants and learn about how important water is. Our Energy Conservation Campus is also important. We use sunlight to light up our school at night and make sure our classrooms are cool and bright in a smart way. Finally, we have our Environmental Protection Campus. We learn how to make compost from food waste and leaves, and recycle properly. We want everyone to learn about taking care of our planet. At Hsinyi School, every day is a chance to learn how to live a green life.
